I guess what I meant is that they aren't actively checking it leading up to the event - i.e. right now its a month away and nobody is signed up for tournaments, but give it two more weeks or a week out and they will start populating.

I spoke to them and they would require guarantee that 100 people would be there Saturday morning at a fixed rate of $8 / person.
