Yeah i wasnt too thrilled to see that Marky Mark was going to do Max Payne and saw it as another disaster video game knock off movies (like Doom and IMO Hitman which wasnt bad but wasnt even close to how the game is)

I'll prob see it sometime next week (so I can avoid the crowds...you know how being sociable and being in public makes my skin boil)

i read a review and they gave it a 5 outa 10.  don't go by that though.  Lots of reviews are way off.

Sounds like a bad movie and beer night kind of flick.  on DVD of course.

I started watching this movie and I got lost right away.  The story is very very slow and unless you actually know something about the story before hand you are lost.  I really didn't care for it and wish I could get a refund on the 2 hours I wasted on it.

totally agree with you rathe. i almost walked out of the movie.

They should have taken a clue from The Punisher.  Even though I knew a bit about the story, it was so easy to watch that movie and it really told the story well.  Still one of my favorite comic book movies.
