Okay. Heres what I got. Electricity is not one of my strongpoints (though I would like to learn more)

The meeting room (as we`ll call it) has 14 sets of outlets. The ones marked 2 mean it is one unit with 2 plugs on it. Like a normal house one. The ones with 4 are a unit with 4 plugs in it.

As for breakers: All of them are marked "120/240vAC" with a "20" on the breaker switch. Under the switch before the 120/240vAC is marked 10AC/000

Also from what I can gather, the north wall (facing up in the picture) is governed by one breaker. The kitchen (room on bottom left) is overseen by 4 breakers (!?) two more breakers govern the rest of the room. There are 4 more breakers down there that are marked Meeting Room Lights. Im not sure if the lights are sharred by any power outlets.

If needed, pictures of the breakers can be taken today and promptly posted.

You essentially have seven 20 amp breakers that you can pull from.

You can get about about 5 to 6 units (cpu/mon) per 20 amp breaker, so you are looking at a between of 42 people for this space.  You would also some loss since you would need to run four extension cords from the kitchen area out to the main room.  The loss comes from the rating of and the resistance in the wire.  Would have to be trial and error for these breakers.

As for the lighting, it is highly unlikely that lights are shared for anything else.

depending on layout you wouldn't have to run very long cords from the kitchen, and the loss factor only becomes a major issue after 50ft (assuming you're using 12/14ga cable, which you're crazy if you aren't)

Yeah. Well. The room is available for anyone if theyd like to use it. Since I work at the facility, I can get the room for free. All I ask for in return is free admission to any LAN held there :)

Perhaps 35 people max?

TekieB, the place isnt too far from ya if you wanted to come down and check out the power situation for yerself. Like I said, I'm not educated at all regarding electrical situations. If so, lemme know when, I have access to the building 24/7.
