well even  that i would expect at least 600-700kbps.  and ur pings should be the same as mine.

Wish I could but I don't know how, they (verizon0 never explained. So if you know how to get into the router I would love to hear it.

use the main account email address (without the domain) and the password for that email account.  That is the usual user/pass for verizon setups.

Tib, its the default login included in the manual with the friggin thing.

You should of gotten a ActionTec router.  Default login:

U: admin
P: password

Does anyone know what DLink uses for default logins in case he got one of those pieces of s***.

If you are plugging directly into the ONT then you have only the MTU settings on your PC to change (windown 1500 is way low, use dsl reports tweak faq).  As far as not finishing the install thats impossible, my tech had to login with two passwords (Windows domain, and login) and a RSA key thru a notebook with verizon wireless internet.  Theres no way your ONT would of been activated had he not finished, and they are not allowed to login using end user equipment.
