Ill be attending with my LAN team and were excited!

I have a wow account for sale or trade for computer hardware or anything else tempting lol

On a related note, someone activated my old account about a month ago (it hadn't been used in 18 months). I talked to a Blizzard rep about it and they weren't sure what happened. But at least I'm all setup for the Burning Crusade expansion! Too bad I'm never playing the game again

Hehe, I really didn't like WoW. I played up to lvl 45-ish(with friends who were really hardcore in eq1&2) and got massively bored. The community killed the fun for me. >_>

i'm doing a build on a private WoW server right now that maybe FITES would want me to bring along. just a 50 user WoW server that starts everybody out at a particular level and gives them leveled equipment and then have people just go PVP insane. i've never played the game before to be honest, so... i could use some input.

Now THAT sounds interesting! I'd think about reinstalling WoW to play on a private server that doesn't focus on endless, repeated dungeon crawls just to keep up with everyone else (the main reason I left was because I was tired of having to do dungeons over and over again with 39 other people to work towards gear).

lol no dude... it's a totally emulated server, and its legit and legal and all that. i spoke with shado and we prolly won't have to mod the client in any way so that's legal too. you won't need an account, or whatever from bliz... if this happens and it's cool with the FITES team we'll go over how user regs are done.

we'd prolly only allow 50 people on at a time though. maybe more... dunno yet. i'll test stability. i'll set the server up soon and i'll send the link on the forums so everybody can try it out from home. just dev though.... for now.

well give me some feedback! what should i do? are there castle seiges or something i can have? just set 25 against 25 in a castle seige? have you create your char, pick up some weps in your castle, then just wreak havoc? is there even a castle seige? or am i thinking of lineage 2... or guild wars...

I don't remember any castle seige, per se, just Horde vs Alliance going after bases or flags. There wasn't weapons lying around either, you brought them with into the instance. The only thing I'd be concerned about is balance, as I don't know how the game is balanced at the moment for each class. I left with a lvl 60 Warlock with some decent gear for a casual player and warlocks were decent at the time. From what I've read the past few months, though, warlocks have become quite powerful.

I Just got back from vacation, i didnt think you listened to Blizz who does. No one is gonna get caught or w/e and they wont be able to tell the account is dif anyways. Id give u all the info in person if wanted or w/e lol.

Castle Sieges are from Lineage 2.
