any specific recommendations for a new game we could all enjoy multi player?

Also, any recommendations in general outside the ones most of us already have (TF2, Bioshock, L4D)?

I would recommend Aliens vs. Predator, honestly if possible we should do Infestation at the LAN. Amnesia is another good one especially for those who want a good story and horror around every corner in a single player experience.

Totally getting Dead Space. For one, it's a killer single player experience. For two, it supports ultra-widescreen resolutions. Go on and play that sucker at 5040x1080. Holy Hell. I haven't been as impressed with a final boss fight as I was in that game with the boss spanning 3 22" lcd's. For three, Dead Space 2 is coming to PC. They're doing it right.

I think that dev team deserves a little support.

AVP runs much better then the demo did and it is a good game especially for $10 and it supposedly has dedicated lan play.
