Items for sale are:
AMD Opteron 148 Venus 2.2GHz Socket 939 Processor Model OSA148BNBOX W/heatsink & Fan
AND
JetWay 939GT4SLI-G-VC Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard

I bought these on Newegg and have documentation stating they still have warranties.
I used them for about 3 months and then i built a new rig. I am looking to sell them both for $160 OBO or CPU for $90, MOBO for $70. I will be at the LAN party or I can ship. Please PM me or respond back with any questions at all. THank you. your friend FATSNACK.
