I have a barely used Sans Digital TowerRAID TR8M-BP JBOD. It is a external JBOD box, split into two 4 disk busses, it comes with a pcie 1x controller that supports RAID 0/1/5.
If you want some bulk storage and don't have the space you can have 8 additional 3.5" bays.
They sell for $320 new, ill take $200 or best offer, this is absolutely mint
