How's it goin chums,
Anyways you guys may have heard me saying that I was getting a new video card. Well I just received it and installed it, it is running like a SOB. The card is a 6600LE 256MB, now I am getting rid of my old one.
Ladies and Gentlemen I give you my 5900XT 128MB. It is really an SE model, just overclocked out the butt. The stock clock speeds are 390 on Ramdac, and 700 on Memory. This card has been real good to me over the 2 years I have had it. About 4 months or so ago I replaced all the fans in my case, well then I decided to get an Artic Cooler for it. Which is installed on the card and will come with it.
The cooler has done an excellent job of keeping my baby cool. I managed to OC to 440/745 with this thing. That is like 40 over stock speeds, card runs great and is relatively clean. Do to the fact I have a fan filter on the side, I will clean the card out on request. Now on to the other assorted goodies.
What else is included is the DVI connector, the Video Out connector, which is a four plug system. Meaning it also has S/OUT, V/OUT, S/IN, and V/IN in that order. Also I will throw in the cable for it as well. You will also get the original box if asked and the cd with the drivers if asked. So I practically have everything. Minus instruction manual, but who needs one of those I mean we are all geeks here right?
My price you ask well I got it back two years ago for 181 bucks, plus the cooler which was like 30 and that would make it like over 200 bucks. So I say 100, considering it is like 2 year old technology. Ran everything I through at it, not in all the glory but it ran it just the same.
