Vista 60 Second network search on wireless
« on: December 21, 2008, 08:25:09 AM »
Anyone hear of the Vista 60 second network search when using wireless?  I'm starting to believe this is screwing me when playing online.  Anyone know of a fix to try?

Wireless adapter is WG111v3 Netgear
Router Netgear Gmimo

Signal is strong between two points.

VISTA can go Shuck it Trebeck!!

Like the new avatar by the way. Anyways, like I said when we were playing COD4 last night. If you installed the software that came with the adapter you should get rid of it. And just have the driver installed. And just use windows to connect to your router. Hey if all else fails you could always go back to XP, or do what dave said and just run that CAT cable.

all suggestions taken into account, this is now an issue of owning Vista and teaching it a lesson.  I want  #9 BTW
