UT2004 x64 version?

Anyone have UT2004 64 working and running 64 bit OS? reason why i'm asking is cause i just got done installing vista ultimate 64 (i had to see my 8800 throwing down the cascades dx10 demo for the 8 series and it was B-E-A-UTIFUL) Anyways, went to go run 3369 64 bit patch to run UT in 64. It worked somewhat. I run the game in 1280-1024 and can load some of the menu options. I can do an instant action, but when i try to join a game from the menu..it shuts back down to vista. Anyone attempt to run x64 on UT? I know it works for linux but had no support and had to be run in opengl. I had it in opengl but tried to run in DX9. Since then it hasn't liked me. Just wondering if anyone else got it to work and if so...where did they download there x64 patch from and any special instructions on what to do. Thanks

I hadn't ran it on vista x64, but when I had WinXP x64 installed it ran great. Never experienced any issues with it. It had some graphical improvements(like the double dmg pickup was black-purplish, and a bunch of other cool crazy things), but other than that, nothing different. Only thing different from normal x86 execution is simply running the x64 UT2004 executable.

Might be a vista thing, but I wouldn't see why. It runs the same on Vista x86 as XP x86. *shrug*

I currently run it in XP x64.  I have zero problems except for online play.  For whatever reason my version doesnt show as 3369 and I get booted for not having the right version for the server.

I just copy the files into their correct loactions, and it runs.

Ok..I found the patch from several locations but had to dl it about 4x because i couldn't find the right one...I have a feeling it may just be the exe that i copied over is messing up. I'll try it again. Thanks for the replies. If it ran on XP x64 then it really shouldn't have any issues in vista (though vista seems like it's on life support for drivers...took me 3x until I got my 157.19 64bit drivers installed correctly for my 8800). I will try again
