Can anyone suggest a USB 2.0 PCI card or external hub that has more than two ports?  It must be top quality and price is almost no object.

We're using them to flash memory chips in ten cellular phones at a time so reliability and functionality must be excellent.  If anything goes wrong while flashing ten phones with a retail value of about two to three hundred dollars a piece... well... you can imagine the dissatisfaction of management.  ;-)

In the past we've used Belkin USB 1.1 external hubs but they're not the most reliable thing in the world.  They have a bad habit of resetting themselves when one port locks up, which is what they're supposed to do, but that means the other six phones experience an interruption in the flash process and they're all f*cked.
