Long story short, I'm trying to transfer my ticket over to my main steam account from my smurf through ticket manager in the intranet, and I keep getting routed to the "Whoops! Something went Wrong" page.

See if I have this correct...you are trying to transfer a ticket to yourself from someone else?  If this is accurate, is the original ticket owner trying to transfer it to you?  Maybe first try that and then if that doesn't work, maybe try a different browser. It looks like you use Chrome for your browsing. I doubt it is the browser yet sometimes odd things cause problems in the irks if internets. Just as Al Gore. He did invent it after all.

If I am wrong, I am not quite understanding the 'my smurf' part
