Battlefield 2 patch
« on: December 23, 2005, 05:22:48 AM »
As the new compy is arriving today..and I purchased my copy of BF2 already, Id like to get the newest patch going on it once its installed. The Games page here says that patch 1.03 will be used at the lan, but (if Im reading it right) the EA BF2 site says Battlefield 2 v1.12 (280MB) is the newest.

lets break it down in MOO Code:

Code: [Select]
If (Czar_Is_Right == 1)
player:tell("Sorry, yeah. Get the latest patch on the site. 1.12 is it.");
else
player:tell("Czar, yer a frickin idiot, open yer eyes and find 1.03");
endif

We will typically go with the newest patch available. It's a lot easier to get everyone up to the right patch level than it is to have to uninstall a game and then re-patch to a lower version.
Please just walk away. I don't want to have to stand here and say something so awesome that I'll have to remember it the rest of the day. Thank you!

yea the reason for the bumber discrepancy is that they lisyed the 1.12 patch twice.  the first release had a bug and they rereleased it again some sites called it the 1.13 patch and others called it the 1.12 so if it's 280MB thats the one.
