Title: Restrict all FTP users to a single directory

I gots me a server (Ubuntu server 10.04) thingie.  And uh, like its got vsftpd setup, I want to allow local users read/write access and anons only read access, but I want to restrict everyone to a single directory (They have a single root, users can navigate to subdirectories within the directory), kindly tell me how thats like done.

anon jail is set to disable cd.

Seriously that is my problem, anon_root dosent have access to cd, wtf!
