Title: Request for Help! Favorites Disappearing... randomly

Hey guys, calling for help!

There is something going on with WinXP SP1 PCs that is causing the users FAVORITES to delete themselves.  No trash bin, just GONE

I have seen a few others on the internet affected by it, and we have 4 users here who it happened to.

Anyone know of anything going on?  Bug, Virus, Adware?  :angryfire:

Ad-Aware SE (http://www.lavasoftusa.com)  for trojans, AVG (http://www.grisoft.com) in combination with TrendMicro's Online Virus Scanner (http://housecall.trendmicro.com) for viruses.

Are you guys using roaming profiles at all? Maybe they aren't linking to their profile.

Nope... nothing has changed since we added our new server in January.  All of a sudden 3-4 people have the same exact problem.
