Title: Refund or Possible someone who can take my friends seat.

Well I've come across something possibly unheard of, but my friend who I paid to accompany me to the LAN can no longer make it due to his computer dying on him. It happened 2 hours ago and I'm upset and shocked that it happened a day before the LAN. Is there anyway I could get a refund from his seat, someone who want to bring an extra person in my friends place, or perhaps someone who wants a free seat?

looks like Tipper only had enough to cover one of their requests.
