Believe it or not, all that junk on a BSOD screen actually means something.
If you really want to try to track down what it means, you can go to support.microsoft.com and enter the complete STOP error message.
But I think there is another solution....
Firstly, make sure your chipset drivers are updated. This should the very first driver you update after an installation. In your case, I would say it would be related to the AGP driver.
But moreso, the temps may very well still be the culprit. If your vid card is overheating it will cause data corruption as the bits travel through the way too hot GPU/VRAM.
From what I can find, it looks like 135C is approaching the danger zone. If your GPU temps are reaching anywhere near that level I would add a side fan to the case blowing directly onto the graphics card. Either that or take a look at
this product from Antec mounted below your graphics card to force air into the card.
