Origin password change

I got an email last week about my account password being changed on my Origin account.  From doing some minor searching, it appears the account was hacked. First off this is a minor PITA due to having to change the password. Then I realized one thing.  This is a MAJOR PITA because EA is involved.  I cant find support except their forums which are about as helpful as tits on a bull (I will expect a photo of tits on a bull showing up in this post thread at some point).  Has anyone else been through this?  Any suggestions besides EA going bankrupt?

Update on the situation:  I got to a point on the EA site where I could request a call.  The phone number is 855-674-4461.
It turns out that the account was hacked from Ukraine.
