Is there a way to connect Parallel ATA drives up to Serial ATA connections? I'm probably going to get SATA but right now I only have PATA drives.

the links pride provided work great ... but look at it this way ... what are you gaining? you're still stuck at ATA133 or 100 or whatever your PATA drives are rated at ...

also, if your motherboard has SATA, it should come with one or two of the PATA/SATA converters ... my gigabyte 7NNXP came with 2.

Yeah, I'll still be stuck at those speeds but I'll have the ability to upgrade to the new standard in the future.

Anyways, I just got my Antec Super LANBoy case today and I'm in the middle of transplanting everything.

I will have pictures and a writeup as soon as I can.

So far, I am VERY impressed and pleased. All the little details were thought of it seems. You'll love the case too llDayo

Now if I could just find my mobo manual telling me how to connect the front panel headers....damnit, I hate this part!

As for the Antec LANBoy I mentioned a few posts ago I decided to go with a different case I had found: Nikao Submarine ATX Mid-tower Translucent Computer Case. I figured a lot of people pimp out their comps while having windows on the sides. Why not go one step further and get a translucent one?? With the lighting effects I'm planning on installing it should look pretty badass!
