Weird Windows 7 Issue

You know, I have been having weird issues with desktop icons in Windows 7.  Shortcuts that I placed and that have been there for some time just suddenly disappear.
That's Mr. Deception to you.

Weird Windows 7 Issue

The only outstanding (and annoying) issue I've had with W7 is the multiple instances of explorer.exe that populate my task manager even when no explorer windows are open. But then again, I had the exact same issue when I used Vista. Haven't found an answer to that problem though.

Weird Windows 7 Issue

WOOT! nvm, I just today solved that issue. Two years of googling the Fudgeing thing, and finally figured it out on my own... sigh.

The issue was in the shortcut:
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,F:\

Damn shame, too. I really like that command. Anyone know how to set a default windows explorer folder without using that cmd?
