need help replacing Windows CD!

well, while insatlling Windows XP x64 my CD-rom drive killed my install CD!!!!!!

now, it runs the setup untill you start to copy the files off the CD and cannot read 1/2 of the files needed.  somehow the CD had 3 rings in the middle if it.

Can someone tell me how to get a new CD???
I don't know if someone can just sent me the ISO (leagal issues?) is the OEM ver.

Well then, call up microsoft and ask for a replacement media cd.  Should probably cost about 12 bucks
