Post by: wallzy on February 23, 2010, 11:12:42 PM
I think i know this answer but i will ask. When i play online, the load time between maps is crazy long. Is it my video card, the processor or my ram? or is there something i can do to help it?

RAM!  in left 4 dead 1, I had crazy load times until I upgraded to 4gb.  Ok well, not crzy load times but they were long and upgrading my memory reduced load times substantially.

Don't forget Hard Drive speed.  Is the drive that your games are installed on a slower drive?  Also, are your games stored on the same physical drive your system is on? (Separate partitions do not count)

And don't forget you have to turn off Port Floating. Because we all know wallzy floats his ports.
