Anyone know of a good guide for setting up a CoD 4 server on a Win Server 2003?

When I setup a COD4 server on my Windows Home Server (which is server 2003 essentially) I just copied the game files and did some changes to the config file.  The biggest problem I had was the location of the config file.  If it isn't in a certain directory, the game won't see it.  If someone else doesn't respond by the time I get home tonight I will post the settings and setup I did for my system.
