Also I tried to make reservations at the hotel and they said there is no rooms so what do i do?

Did they say they were full or that none existed in the first place?

What Sully said is 100% correct, but the direct link to the hotel for reservations may not currently work.  We are waiting to hear back from our rep at the hotel for a new direct reservations link.

In the meantime, call the hotel DIRECT number NOT the 1-800 number.  The people at the local hotel know us very well (I have spot checked them several times to verify), and they will get you hooked up.
