You just want me to delete this thread then? Kind of pointless afterall. Maybe you could tell us what the problem is/was for posterity?
Please just walk away. I don't want to have to stand here and say something so awesome that I'll have to remember it the rest of the day. Thank you!

mmmm pork..downloaded COD:MW2. went to install it & got a message my HD was almost full. so i looked in my box for a place to put a new one & to make sure i had enough connections for a new one. did not see any. so i posted a question on what to do. then i remember the extra cords were in the box so i answered my own question. but since this is here i have another one. do speeds of hard drives really make that much of a difference? & what should i look for vs. not to look for?

Yes...they do.  Faster RPM's is better.

More in the interest of disagreeing with big D I could argue Zero RPM's are faster.

Considering he was asking about the speeds of HD's (referring to RPM's) I was correct.  If he had said transfer rates I would have referred him to an SSD.

Are you this annoying in real life?  ;P

I'm sensing a deja vu here... something about arguing about things like this being pointless. Oh yeah! Right here!

I see no reference of RPM's in his post.  I would not have recommended a SSD mostly cause of $cost$.  And I think I can be quite charming.
