For people having graphical problems running Halo (Slow etc...) then please read the "Readme" that comes with the game, specifically adding this bit to the run command/game shortcut:
-useff
Forces the game to run as a fixed function card.
-use11
Forces the game to run as a shader 1.1 card.
-use20
Forces the game to run as a shader 2.0 card.
-use11 is the most popular based card preset (Not to expensive = Ti4200 etc) but Halo is set for Shader 2 support instead!
Adjust you command/game shortcut to the following:
Drive Letter\Halo\halo.exe -use11
It should run a tad quicker now. :whip
