I need help with an RMA for a d-link router we recently won in the raffle because we cannot show proof of purchase. 
The router has been issued RMA #RR-233705

Hi,  maybe dumb questions here.  Trying to get a handle on the situation.

Have you contacted D-link?  If so, what proof do they require?  I have email correspondence that might be able to help.

Was the unit DOA?
