Sleeping on the floor is not condoned by FITES in anyway. We put up the cost of having our LAN's at a hotel so you don't have to sleep on the floor and you can get a shower and brush your teeth and do everything else that reminds you that you are a human being during the weekend.
As BrokenShadow said, sleeping under a table can not only be harmful to yourself, but to others around you and their equipment.
