Title: can not open any jpg file

A person i work with can not open any jpg file anymore. they updated the server at work & since then for some reason he can not open them. i did a search but have not found anything yet. any ideas?

Open a explorer window (open my computer then open the c drive), then go to tools - folder options - file type tab.  Find the jpg extension and choose a program to view it with.  Usually it would be the picture and fax viewer.
