Title: Best mp3 tagger/cover art downloader

Subject line. Winamp is good, but for some reason doesn't download art for some things that have been out for ages. Sooooo.... looking for a separate (small) program to do this. I don't need any full-featured ripping/burning/downloading/pizza-ordering/sex-giving bloated programs to do one little thing. What do you like/use most?

Yeah, I refuse to use any apple products of my own free will. I'll monkey around with this other thing.
