Animated gif help
« on: August 15, 2007, 11:54:37 AM »
Just started to venture in the animated gif avatar realm.  What do you (anyone) use to get high quality animated gifs at a low file size?  I have movie clips I use and they're pretty short, but they are huge in file size and the quality is sub par.  Any opinions?

So I got the filesizes down to a manageable size.  Do the forums resize them?  The quality looks poor compared to what they look like on photobucket?

Yeah I noticed that too.. My avatar looks a bit aliased since the resizing. Not only did it resize a bit smaller, but it also skewed the width. This isn't fun.
