Ok, got Source dedicated up and running great, have custom maps installed, vote system working, mani admin and so on. My biggest complaint I've heard from the ppl who've connected has been about the map download speeds. I was wondering if u knew a site off hand or know personally how u would go about setting up a redirect on the server to download outside of game (aka web server)

The way I've read would be to add

sv_downloadurl "http://mysite.com/csmaps"

However when I set this up in my server.cfg file when someone trys to dl the maps it says u do not have this map and cuts them off. I'd assume this would be an issue with my url but am not sure...

Any input or knowledge enlightenment would be very very very much appreciated when you get a free chance. Thanks

Yeah, if the map isn't there it will drop them.
Get on TS or AIM.
