We are working to complete the new FITES Seating Reservation System for our large lanparties! Many of you mentioned during/after the last event that you would like to be able to guarantee a seat next to or near friends! If you have a clan or simply a group of friends whom you want to sit near, be sure to sign up early to ensure that there are enough free seats in a group of tables for all of you to fit!
How it works!
Once you have registered, paid, and been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation code and link via email. You will then be able to follow the link and enter your code to reserve your seat(s)! A seating chart will be provided as well as a list of available seats. So get together with your group, and plan who is coming. We allow a person to pay for and reserve up to 5 seats at one time... so act fact when registration opens!
The process may be a little buggy at first as this is the first time that we are using this... so please bear with us!
