Ok After talking to the other co-leader and host of FiTHLan, Gravdigr, it has been decided to hold the next FiTHLan even on Nov. 11th.  While it is past Halloween I still think it is close enough to warrant the name.  Please post in this thread if you are going to be coming.  The Lan will be at the spacious accomodations of GravDigr in Tyrone, PA.  I will get Digr to post the directions to his place.  We can hold about 20-30 (I think) without a problem.  Pizza Hut in Tyrone now delivers and we will probably order from there at some point in the evening.  Questions, Comments are welcome.  If there is anything specific please email me and I will get you an answer.  Address is Rathewin2k[NOSPAM]@msn.com  and don't forget to remove the [NOSPAM] from the address.

*EDIT* The Date has been CHANGED due to a conflict with EES.

Sweet, might have to hit this up. Since Agent and I were up there in April(?), I thought a Halloween LAN would be perfect for that place!

I'm going to assume costumes won't be laughed away????

No costumes won't be laughed at.  Although we are moving the LAN back by 1 week due to EES having a LAN the same day. You can still bring a costume though.

Hi guys.  I figured since I am hosting this event (with no small help from rathe setting the whole thing up, much love) I better at least make an appearance here.  It's been a very crazy summer for myself and Rathe with a bunch of personal stuff happening.  With my pops passing in July and Rathe's own problems we just have not had the oppurtunity (or in my case even the desire) to work on our website.  But with winter coming and things calming down for me I am going to try to at least set up some temporary forums until rathe can restore the fithlan site as I am no web guru.

Technically this is frag-o-ween 3 but I don't think Rathe was around for the first one so we won't hold that against him =o).  Everyone is welcome and costumes are perfectly welcome.  I may even have something a little wierd going on but that is a suprise   :2thumbsup:  

As for directions for those that have never been here.  I will assume that Most of you are coming from out east.  If you can get yourself to state college from there you will take 220 south.  you will be on 2 lane for several miles and eventually come to a stoplight at the bald eagle intersection.  You will know it because there will be a car lot on the left and a snappys truck stop on the right.  At that stoplight turn left onto I99.  Travel that a few miles and you will come to the Tyrone exit.  Take the Tyrone exit and at the stopsign turn right into town.  At the next stoplight turn right (past burger king).  After that right you will make the first left onto w12th st.  Once on w12th st you will go 2 blocks and turn left onto Lincoln ave.  Go 1 block on Lincoln then turn right onto jefferson ave.  You will follow jefferson ave all the way to the top making a left just past the church to follow it the rest of the way into the cemetery.  When you get to the cemetery turn left onto the cemetery road.  Follow the cemetery road about 100 yards and on the right you will see a large beige steel building when the LAN will be held.  Just pull in to the loading dock to unload your gear then you can park wherever.

If you want to use mapquest or whatever your favorite online mapping site is your final destination will be 851 Jefferson Ave. Tyrone, PA 16686.

I am ready for another lan party and look forward to seeing you all there.

I forgot, for those that would be coming in on rt22 through lewistown.  Take rt22 till you get to waterstreet (big flea market on the left).  Just past the flea market you will turn right onto 453.  Take 453 all the way into Tyrone and at the stoplight you will turn right and follow the rest of the above directions from there.

I also ask that if you are coming please e-mail me at gravdigr[nospam]@the-graveyard.net removing the [nospam].  I need an accurate roster by the friday before as we only have enough tables for about 16 people.  If we get more than that I need to know so I can go rent some tables on friday.  If table rental is required there will be a small cover charge to cover table rental as my funds are extremly tight for me right now.  If no table rental is required there will be no cover charge as always.  The building, power, heat etc. are generously provided free of charge by Waring Monuments (the company I work for) and fithlan has their own network gear.  Feel free to bring any dedicated servers you may have as mine is down.

Long time no see digr, anyways whenever you get the website is fine by me. Was just curious if you were going to get the old one back or make up a new one. Good thing this is in November, December is going to be hell for me. Like I said before I would love to come. It is just I really hate traveling, long distances if that really makes any sense. But if I could bum a ride that would be cool.

Hey guys long time...  So digr are you still playing Evercrack?  I've been playing alot of cs and Guild Wars Lately.  I'm running my own cs server for Clan |HMU|  www.clanhmu.net I might see if I can come to the lan if I do I'll bring my cs server with me.

Hiya Heath.  Yeah I been playing a lot of eq2 preparing for the expansion coming out next month.  My fps skills may be a bit rusty for the lan party but I'm always looking for an apache gunner for desert combat   :2thumbsup:

So we have 3 people coming from FITES.  If anyone else wants to attend there is still plenty of room.  I don't forsee needing anymore tables so if anyone is undecided feel free to show up.  We're gonna have fun.

I found his AIM address it is (Surprisingly) FnDragon.  Although he signed up for the 150 man lan in August but he didn't come cause he was in Japan i think.  So it may be a bit of a commute for him to get here.

No, I had to go on a business trip during the exact weekend of the 150manLAN.  Sucks to be me.  Although I did stay in Japan briefly a few blocks from Akihibara. :)

I'm planning on carpooling w/ Zeriel at the moment.

OK so it looks like we will have 10 people, any maybe more if any others tag along.  Rathe and I will be setting up tonight and I'll have the building open at 9am tomorrow for any earlybirds that need to build their pc, install games, patch, download porn, whatever.

Take it up with my work, besides I could use the money. Not my damn fault no one wanted to work on a Saturday. Hell the one manager was talking to one of the guys in the back and asked if he wanted to work Saturday. He was like no, so if I asked off I knew I wasn't going to get off. Sunday of course I have off god forbid saturday. And it is from 4pm to like 10:30,  :headscratch:
