I hadn't really thought about posting here for our LAN because I figured most of you arent local to us. After talking to Czar I found out some of you might be and he suggested I make a post anyway.
We have one every 6-8 weeks or so and we're hoping to bring on a couple more people. Yes, only a couple! We are relatively small but we're starting to outgrow my apartment as it is.
Currently they're hosted at my place in Horsham which is 10 miles through the air north of Philly. Its three exits after King of Prussia on the tunkpike. Dont worry though; after KOP the exits are pretty close together. Not like from Harrisburg to KOP where the exits are like 30 miles apart.
We play all kinds of games and have servers on site.
Most common ones we play are:
Blur (I cant wait to pass this around at FITES200 this year)
MW1 - We have Vanilla, ProMod, and GunGame
BC2/BF3
UT3 - Although I forgot the password to the webadmin and now there MUST be bots :(
CS:S Vanilla, and GunGame - Even though we all pretty much suck at it
We also have servers for TF2, L4D2, CrysisWars, BRINK, Garrys Mod, 1000Man Vent, and I'm pretty sure others I'm forgetting. If theres a request I can surely get one going. If you have one yourself you want to bring, convert that bad boy to a VM and send it over to our FTP and I'll make sure it gets loaded.
gri3v from vG is coming to this one to check it out. Hopefully we dont scare him off and he comes to more. If anyone would like to stop by you're more than welcome. Its always a good time even if there were no video games. Always lots of alcohol and food. Last time we took my telescope out and checked out Jupiter and its moons and our own Moon. I also wanted to set off some of model rockets but it was too windy.
