The event went pretty well. It was a fun night but we didn't get a lot of new faces. No one from fites  :'( we were actually wondering if you needed any help with tech for your February event.

We've added a few new staff members for the big event coming up so we're all set on that front. I`d like to come to the Jan 1st event but I`ll have to line up some over night toddler coverage as my wife works nights on weekends. Suppose I could leave him in the car with the window cracked.... j/k

We got 24 PCs and 4 XBox players - We're planning on a lot more at this next event with people home from college though.

I am checking my schedule for the 1st, but I might be able to make it.

Just one question, how is the power situation? Depending on settings and room temp, my setup can start to pull some serious amps.

I am supposed to be pulling the motor in my race car on the 1st and tearing it down that weekend. Looks like we will be putting in an all nighter in the garage so I likely wont be able to bring the rig up this time...

Boo for blowing up engines, and boo for cold winters and concrete floors in the garage!

Yeah the engine lost a massive amount of compression at my brother in law's bachelor party this past november (only dude I would let marry my sister)... anyway top end of 2nd at about 7krpm it blew the dip stick out... all that and it still went a 12.99 at 107 o.O

Suffice to say over 5k rpm the motor starts pushing the dipstick out which means somethings up with the rings. I have 2k set asside for a rebuild, but we wont know till we tear into it.
