There is now a Teamspeak 3 Server on fites.is-into-games.com
You can grab the client here (32bit) (http://fites.net/ts3/TeamSpeak3-Client-win32-3.0.0-beta1.exe) or here (64bit) (http://fites.net/ts3/TeamSpeak3-Client-win64-3.0.0-beta1.exe).
Click on the banner for more detailed info.

Well Done Agent
-
Rather strange, I checked the banner just now and it had the server status as "OFFLINE", even though the server was definitely up. I logged onto the ts server, and after the next banner update, it was back to ONLINE. *shrug* I guess it reports it as offline if there isn't anyone on or if there isn't any activity for an extended amount of time.
-
Or the tubes get clogged and the banner can't get the server info because there are no more pigeons available to carry the packets.
-
Alright, for people having problems logging into teamspeak as registered:
If you find that when you log onto the TS server that you have a (U) next to your name and you know that you have been flagged as registered in the past, make sure that when you're at the screen to log into the server (not the quick connect screen..the normal one) that you select the "Registered" radio button and not the "Anonymous". It should then allow you to fill in your login info (if you have previously been flagged as regged).
If you have NOT been flagged as such, let me know. I try to switch channels when I hear an unregged person has joined but I try not to do it too often, seeing how my game has a tendency to crash when alt-tabbing too much. So hopefully in my attempts to explain it here will help you guys out... *cough*davegrove*cough*
Just a heads up =)
-
Removed the damn register requirements since it was just too much of a hassle. Oh well. It was only those two times that we had a problem with random idiots anyways. You can still login as registered, but it's no longer required to join the game channels.
-
FYI: the server IP changed. See above banner.
-
looks good to me
-
Since F3aron was having "trouble" connecting to the updated IP... I'll clarify for anyone having similar "troubles".
In the above banner, the box at the bottom that is labeled "Gameserver IP & Name" Is not the TS IP! The box at the top that is labeled Teamspeak IP:Port, on the other hand, is. Strange how Teamspeak doesn't seem to want to connect to a gameserver IP. Pfft, what's up with that anyways? ;) (sorry fearon... had to)
-
I guess I should consider myself lucky. I got it off the first time.

I guess I should consider myself lucky. I got it off the first time.
So you're saying you rely on luck rather than intelligence?
-
You don't normally get it off the first time? Not something you should advertise to the ladies. :P

New TS IP: 98.117.13.22
Power went out and I was given a new IP.
-
TS Server IP and location has changed. Refer to the image in the top post.

Yeah don't put in a password. I made that mistake as well.
-
Whats up with the TS server the last 2 days. twice last night we were all kicked for no reason and it happened tonight once already?
-
Prolly problems with Mark's internet, since he's hosting it on his PC now.
-
i can not log in now too
-
Sorry, I couldn't fix it since I was out of town. But there were a few of us on it tonight?
-

-
It is up.

Check the first post in this thread for TS3 info!

Been anticipating this. I have a server running on my little HP home server and I'd have to say that this is pretty spiffy. What sold me was 3D user audio positioning and the file transfers.
I think the audio positioning is kind of weak as even the test sound required me to turn up my speaker volume to hear it in the rear speakers. TONS of potential in that one, though. Also, I was totally not anticipating that file transfer meant hosting files on said server instead of going user to user.
-
So is the TS server running TS3 now, I can connect using the TS2 client?
-
It's still running both. TS2 on 8767 and TS3 on 9987.
They are not compatible.
-
WTF just happened I just lost connection to the TS server and I can't reconnect.
-
We know... it's being looked at.... the server Fudgeing crashed.
-
Apparently opening the Server Groups is a no-no and crashes the damn thing.
-
is the TS3 server down? i get an error when logging on
forget it now it logged on.
