That is the only real reason most people play MMO; is for the repetitive grind element.
That is one of the most ridiculous and bogus things you have ever said on this forum Tibs.
First off, no. Warhammer does NOT have the repetitive grind that people have apparently grown to love in MMO's

While there are PvE elements in Warhammer, it is primarily based around PvP. But not the PvP you are used to in WoW. If you go in thinking that, you are sorely mistaken. What we have is all out war. They call it Realm vs Realm. Siege weapons, boiling oil, keeps, fortresses, tactics, constant action, public quests (which could be one of the coolest innovations I've seen in a long time). And End Game RvR. Main realm city raids. Pillaging player housing, etc etc... There is so much to do in this game, that from my friends who have been in beta awhile have said that they have not once experienced a time where they felt like they didn't know what to do next. All that stuff, and THEN, there's a bajillion other ways to advance your character. 40 PvE ranks, 80 PvP ranks, Crafting, Guild levels, City levels, Tactics, Masteries, Trophies, Tome of Knowledge Achievements that are actually worthwhile... the list goes on.
Saying that the main draw for people to play MMOs is the grind isn't even remotely accurate. Unless you were being sarcastic. "The Grind" has always been one of the negative aspects of MMO's. If you have ever participated in any closed beta for an MMO there are always discussions galore on ways to minimize The Grind.
Sorry Tibs... EPIC FAIL.
