Yes, dedicated server is now setup.  You should be able to find it in the MultiPlayer > Internet section.  Shows up as "FITES Crysis Wars Server."  Assuming it's all setup correctly, map downloads will work too, but there is only one non-standard map in the rotation.

The dedicated server was infinitely easier to setup and configure than UT3.  And it didn't require a full cone NAT router either to show up on the Internet server browser list.  Only one port to forward.  Part of the ease was a fully documented pdf file provided with the dedicated server files.  The other part was it was just easy to setup.  A couple tweaks to the provided config files and batch script and it just worked.  Amazingly, my server is a Core 2 Duo E8500 and I never saw the CPU blip.  With 5-6 people in at one time (which obviously isn't a lot of people as the server can handle up to 32), still with Crysis normally killing people's PCs, I was expecting some kind of hit for the server.
