Have you signed up for the 200 man lan?

Ah okay.

Hope you guys make it to the LAN. Whats your feelings about having 6v6 CS:S teams. Just curious, as it seems you enjoy playing this game in a competitive fashion.

I just want to make you aware that you only get a coveted FITES trophy for tournaments. All prizes are distributed as door/raffle prizes. We do NOT do cash tournaments.
All tournaments and rules will be confirmed and pretty well locked in 30 days before the event. The reason I say pretty well locked is that we have come across minor changes to be made the day of the event. (REALLY MINOR)
Also, FITES does the craziest thing with regards to CS. 6v6. Year after year after year we get reasons why this should be changed. It never will. The reason we have done it this way for so long is the when we first held a CS tourney we had a long standing 6v6 BF1942 tourney and now we have 6v6 TF2. This was to allow those 6v6 groups to stay as a team for our event. (Hell if L4D(2) had 6v6, without mods, it would be ideal.)
Now that that's cleared up I hope you decide to attend. I put this out there so you can make a well informed decision and are not disappointed later. We want everyone to have a good time and CS has always been one of those games that people love to play but seem to bring out the worst in many. In fact I was the one that pushed for CS back when I just joined FITES in 2003.
