Also welcome! Through following the link in your sig, I found your FITES 2010 diary*. Was kind of neat to see the event through someone else's point of view. Sounds like you had a good time, though! Hopefully we can bring the same level of awesomeness this year!

Hey guys,

Thought I'd go ahead and introduce myself.  I've been playing PC Games since as long as I can remember and love the PC Gaming scene.  Its great to see a thriving community of avid gamers and to see a LAN community still alive and well!  I live and work in the Harrisburg area and hope to make it out to your next party with a group of guys that I run LANs with.  Looks like a great time!

Since 2007, we've been putting on bi-annual LANs (20-30 people).  It started as a small group of college buddies getting back together after moving away after school,  and has steadily grown with each LAN.  We've come to call it LegendaryLAN and are thinking of starting a website, etc.  Hopefully we can learn from your vast experience!

I play the following games fairly regularly with our group, it would be great to join in with you guys from time to time:
-Starcraft II
-Counterstrike: Source
-Left4Dead 2
-Master of Orion 2
-Lord of the Rings Online
-League of Legends
...and others

Hey Tycho, you wouldn't happen to hold those LAN's at a house on Chambers Hill Rd., would you? I drove past there a few months ago and there was a sign by the road that said "LAN Party"....Just a shot in the dark, I know, but it's always exciting to me to discover new LAN groups that we can assimilate, er, I uh, mean, game with :)

Nope, not Chambers Hill Road.  North Highlands Drive in Lower Paxton, on the East shore. 

Neat to hear random LAN parties are popping up from time to time.    Our next one is slated for January 21-22 and we love having anyone and everyone join in, so long as you leave your Borg Queen at home (is that you, Sully?).

Some good LAN times ahead with RN Gaming, ours and FITES in the next couple months.  Harrisburg pc gaming is alive and well!
