I'm not entirely new to FITES. I attended this years annual LAN and had a really wonderful time so you all can expect to see me there next year  ! My friends and I host York's BurningLAN and we also have small LAN parties just about every weekend so I'm hoping to meet some more people who are interested in casual gaming on the weekends.

Anyone on this forum run any table-top games?

I'm a bit of a n00b but before one of my friends left for the military we started a d20 modern game and that was a lot of fun so I'd like to hop in with a group somewhere. Some of us from BurningLAN will hopefully be attending on the 7th and I'd like to meet some people to game with.

You know what? This is going to make me sound like a complete fool, but I was thinking it was next weekend! Right now I have plans to go to a smaller LAN with friends so I don't know if I'll be attending. We might try and drop in to offer free admissions to the BurningLAN event at Thanksgiving though (assuming that wouldn't be offensive to the fites staff). :'( I'm currently signed up for the annual LAN thought.

Actually we're still hosting at the church. It's a good venue since we have seating for 100 people and enough independent circuits to support a lot of PCs. Also they don't charge us anything so we just make an occasional donation.

My apologies for the site. That should be back up soon. Since a lot of us left for college, the event was a bit dormant and we never finished the CMS we were building. Last month we had a free-play event to see who was still interested and we ended up getting 30 attendees so BurningLAN is back
