...your best interpretation on the phrase 'Veiner Poopies' or as it is also spoken 'Weiner Poopies'.  It can be an image, series of images, series of images played very quickly in succession- this is also known as a 'moving picture'.   Or it could be in the form of a poem or haiku.  Any other type of entry will be disqualified.
