yeah they're calling it a dwarf planet... sorta stupid. by that logic though, that means that we have about 20 dwarf planets in our solar system. Why they suddenly decided to change pluto's status is pretty dang stupid.

I felt  like saying something to the managment of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum yesterday.  All of their solar system displays and t-shirts they were selling are incorrect.

If Pluto would have studied more instead of partying all the time it could have really made something of itself, like president or a planet! But no, it had to goof off and sleep all day. Let this be a lesson to you kids! Work hard and stay in school!

Actually, I think Pluto's status has been debated about for quite some time. And yes, we do have many dwarf planets, according to astronomers.

Yep.  Pluto has been debated for years.  It actually orbits in an elipse way out in whats called the Kyper Belt, where most rogue planet killer asteroids are.  It's moon isn't much smaller than it either, 3/4 the size I think.  

I watch to much of the science channel.  That's some good Crap.  :2thumbsup:
