I was watching Independence Day (in 720p hehe) and I saw something interesting that I never noticed before.

Lyman Ward (aka Ferris Bueller's Dad) has spent a primary amount of his career doing guest appearances on tv shows. Shows which featured Ward would include

Monk
Jag
The Practice
Murder She Wrote
Melrose Place
Bevily Hills 90210
Matlock
Magnum PI
and The A-Team

He has only done a very very select few appearances in actual movies... The short list is a prime example of this

Secret Agent in Independence Day

Mr. Grady in Nightmare on Elms Street 2 (I remember him from this as I just popped it into my comp to see)



Even though he did appear in the original Battlestar Galactica...hey never was in Walker Texas Ranger so he will never be remembered as one of the epic bad guys who gets roundhouse kicked to the face by Chuck Norris!
