Looks like some crazy lady who is either cleaning out her trunk, packing stuff in, or is looking for something. And for some reason is too lazy to pull her car away from the one behind hers. :P

I saw a guy upside down crammed between two cars.  Unexplainable at it's best.  On a side note, that is some innovative 360 degree photo/video shots.  That's new to me when it comes to google maps.
