I need a fan controller - Help.
« on: July 26, 2006, 11:48:34 AM »
I got a Ultra fan commander (looks sweet and all that), but it wont power my 120x38mm delta's (no RPM sensor).  Im going to run 6 of them and they top out at 130cfm and 58+dB.  I want to get something that will handle two per channel (8+8=16w) and it would be great if it was electronicly controlled so it would automagicly throttle them.

With 4 120mm LDE fans and 6 high CFM screamers my case will be hella loud without any throttleing.  Does anyone use decent fan controller or know of one that fits my needs?

I currently have a Aerocool Gatewatch which is a very nice fan controller but unfortuantly, it is only 4 channe, and I am not sure if you can combine channels.  My normal assumption would be that you can't.  Have a good one.

I want to combine 2 fans each, they pull ~8w a fan so three channels that can handle 16w+.  Vantec makes one that fits my needs that has a forth knob fr CCFL's.
