Yes, I was interested in this. As soon as I started to lose all this weight, my goal has been to run in a zombie mud run (I'm completely serious). Let's do it!

Okay. Which wave should we do? From doing one of these a couple years ago, I'd recommend an earlier wave as the more people run the course, the more chewed up it'll be. Oh hell it doesn't matter. We'll have a good time regardless.

I think an 11 would be a good time. Because parking and getting to your wave on time is always a problem you'll want to eat super early in the morning and pound down an energy bar or something when you get to the parking lot. Just something to tide you over.

Then eat and drink like a fat sow when the race is over.
