Will BF2142 be big at the 150ML?

Should I pick up a copy of BF2142 for the 150ml? Aside from possible tournaments (as listed on the lan info page), do ya think there`ll be decent enough group playing `pick-up` games to justify me buying it?

I think the lack of unlocks and the joys of patching the friggin' thing (someone always has the latest just compiled 10 minutes ago pre-alpha patch).  It has been so-so at the smaller lans.

Yeah I remember at the January lan, like one guy had it on a cd and it was a ball for anyone to get it working. Hell brokenshadow of KOS had trouble with it. And his rig is a beast, I think he just couldn't figure out the crack. Anyways I agree with Slow it is more of a crabshoot with that game.

If this is big at the 150ML I would consider it as well, even though it really hasn't sparked my interest personally. I'm still into BF1942 which has a decent following and with many of the maps edited to make gameplay more fair it's gotten better over the years.

I think there will be enough people at the lan that this game has a good chance of being played at the event.  Damn you zx i know this reply is directed towards me.  May you be infested with the fleas of a thousand camels!!!!!

i'll be playing C&C3 for sure.  i'll prolly run a couple games of that then go back to something else.

i couldn't get into BF2142.  the people ran so freakin slow it drove me nuts.  doesn't mean i won't play it at the 150.

I'm still trying to get people to play Halo CE wif me....   nobody would play last time.  i love that friggin game.
